How I Turned My Kidney Disease Around: A Personal Story of Hope

I work in an MNC as a Software engineer and my work is all about concentration, long nights and days, continuously staring at the screen. If this is not something that I am doing, I invest my time in reading. I hardly get time for self-care. I was not able to workout, eat healthy or follow any skin care routine either. In whatever time I had in hand after the working hours I spent it on netflix and sleeping. 

I had a totally messed up sleeping schedule. One day I was sitting in my office and I started to feel nauseous and dizzy. Little did I know that this is me going closer to my doom.

3. Workout properly 

4. Quit smoking and drinking altogether 

I started following the treatment with complete dedication. After some time I was able to see the difference in my health by myself. I started to feel more active and also other symptoms were vanishing. After a few months I went for my follow-up check-up and the doctor asked to get the tests again. I did the tests again and this time the results made me happy as I could see that my health has improved a lot from the last time. I was almost cured and there was no danger.
