I am a middle-class businessman, and like every other middle class, I have always tried to get more and more out of life. I made the mistake of never prioritizing my health, but I am sharing my story here to try and stop you from making the same mistake. I was a fitness freak in my early twenties with a healthy lifestyle and no or minimal cheat meals. But then life got me, and I kept getting tangled in life’s vicious cycle. I started derailing from my fitness journey and started giving all my time and attention to my business.
Most of my hours were spent in front of my laptop. I often used to have cravings for munching. When you want to munch, who goes for a healthy snack? Like many others, I also started switching my home-cooked meals to junk. In no time, it started to show on my body. Fat accumulated in my body, and I started gaining weight. This was a warning sign for me that I proudly ignored (which I know I shouldn’t have.)
My cholesterol levels started to increase, and I also started noticing other physical complications in my body. As basic things as passing urine became troublesome. I used to have a burning sensation whenever I used to pass urine. Blood, foul smell, and dark yellow were also observed while passing urine. I also used to have pain in my back and ribs. It started t hamper my work as I could not focus on work because of the constant hammering of this physical pain. I also couldn’t eat anything properly and was also cutting on my fluids because of the fear of passing urine because the burning sensation was too much to handle.
You must be thinking this is too much. But wait. It doesn’t end here. There is more. I used to have panic attacks and was later diagnosed with clinical depression. I even thought there might be a possibility that this all is a paranormal doings, but I anyhow went to the doctor to seek medical help. But then, before going to the doctor and telling him things, I decided to try some home remedies. I clearly underestimated the signs my body has been giving me. A potential threat has been lurking ahead of me, and I was unaware of it, and unintentionally I was teasing it, thus provoking it to harm me more. I started to have well-balanced meals and also got a gym membership to get myself back into shape. This, no doubt, helped me, and I also shed extra pounds, and also I saw the difference in my skin, but soon within a month or so, my symptoms were recurring and lasted for a more extended time period. I was disheartened, but more than that, I was worried.
I finally decided to consult with the doctor. I was hoping that the doctors would be able to point out the primary driver of the problems. The doctor gave me some medicines and also asked me to get some tests done. I was asked to bring along the lab reports in my next appointment. The following week, I went to the doctor, who told me my creatinine had increased. I was confused as I had no idea what creatinine is and why is it a concern. He then told me that, in layman's terms, I have a damaged kidney, and they are not working as they are supposed to. At this point, I was more worried about my family than myself or my career. I was asked to run a few more tests to confirm whether there was any kidney dysfunction or not.
Next week I went to the lab to get some tests done. When the reports were in, I went to the doctor and showed him the reports. I was trying to understand what was happening in my body. The doctor told me that my kidneys stopped working and I must have dialysis or a transplant. Either of these things are necessary for me to live. He told me this would help me with my daily work and suppress the pain. He also referred me to a nephrologist, who gave me some medicines I needed. I took those medicines for some time. The worst part of kidney disease is that it never comes up with visible signs or symptoms at the early stage. This disease is a silent killer that can usually go unnoticed. One is able to notice these signs and symptoms only when the problem increases or becomes severe. When you are at this stage, controlling the disease with routine medication is almost impossible. After deep analysis, the doctor asked me to get the dialysis done. I knew that dialysis would not be an excellent option to opt for. It has many side effects. The disadvantages were more in comparison to the advantages.
I had it in my mind that I didn’t want to get the dialysis done. Not only this, but dialysis is also expensive. I started looking for Ayurvedic hospitals online. I got the recommendations for Karma Ayurveda Hospital. These shone like a lit Christmas tree on the screen before me. This hospital is said to be the number-one Ayurvedic hospital in India. It has a track record of a 99% recovery rate through Ayurvedic treatment. I then called their customer executives and booked an appointment. I went through the internet and gathered all the information regarding the hospital. The reviews were all positive, and I also talked to some of the previous patients, and they all had positive reviews. They were all happy with their treatments.
The best part of Ayurvedic treatment is all about using natural herbs that detect and cure the ground cause of the problem and deliver permanent relief. Unlike other treatments, Ayurvedic treatment doesn't directly land to cure the symptoms. Ayurvedic treatments focus on curing the symptoms from the roots. Once the body is detoxified from the toxins, the herbs stimulate and strengthen your natural defense system, also known as the immune system.
As far as I know, Ayurveda is reliable, if anyone wishes for a healthy recovery, then Karma Ayurveda Hospital is the solution. Ayurvedic treatments are supposed to give 360 relief from the problem and foster healthy recovery. Karma ayurveda kidney specialist negative reviews.
I cannot thank Karma Ayurveda enough for changing my life. I am thrilled that I made this decision. I am delighted with the treatment. I would personally recommend every kidney patient contact Karma Ayurveda Hospital before death knocks on their door. You are not alone, and we are with you. Just don’t lose hope and keep following the proper lifestyle.
